Custom casting to meet your needs. We have been producing the highest quality products and parts for over 20 years from our 40,000 square foot facility. We have provided OEM and Contract Manufactured rolls and parts for customers in: sporting goods, automotive, clean room, singage, medical, research, computer, aerospace, home appliance, filtration and construction industries.
Capabilities:
Cast Vinyl: We develop vinyl formulae for both our internal needs and the needs of our customers. After formulating and blending, we cast and fully cure all our vinyl products for maximum strength and stability. The casting process consistently produces higher quality products than the more commonly used calendering process. Our system incorporates multiple stations allowing for the infusion of fabric or other supporting materials as well as applying water based acrylic adhesives. If required, the vinyl can then be re-rolled in one continuous operation onto the desired liner. The rolls can then be slit to desired width and cut to length or left as Master Rolls.
Custom cast PVC services. Minimum order 60" x 250 yards-subject to conditions. Full in-house capabilities.
