We are confident enough to offer this reprocessed material to you as a veryhigh replacement or combination mixture of e.g 20% virgin and 80%reprocessedmaterial to enable you to cut your expenditure on your product manufacture. Wehave many customers within Europe that we have successfully been able to trialthe material, who now save upto 50%production cost because of this high qualityreprocessed flexible PVC and still produce perfect end products.

For many varying applications of injection and mainly extrusion.

All the material is completely 99.99% free from contamination and 100% freefrom metals and foreign bodies.

Suitable for injection or extrusion.

Each batch is processed twice through 200 micron screens =400 micron screenmesh) which removes 99% of all impurity contaminants.

To my knowledge no other European company does this!

The PVC can be custom blended to your specification from circa shore A 90 - 50+ or - 5%.

Pellet sizes circa 4mm.

Delivered in 1MT big bags.

Quantities available to customer requirements.

Homogenised / blended to a customers specification.

Colours can be matched to customers specification. Colour contamination lessthan 5%.
