After the A and B components are mixed,YAC-29XXhight transparent liquid silicone rubber will remain usable for at least 96 hours at room temperature. refrigeration at lower temperature will significantly extend the usable life after mixing.

Pot  life

4 Injection molding: inject material after Deaeration into mold under  some proper  condition ,such as press,temperature and time and so on .

3Deaeration: Put the mixture into vacuum device for defoameragent after stir.In the normal circumstances,there is no longer to deaerate since no bubble . Times for deaeration are about 5min to 10min under 30.when no air bubbles the next step can be processed
