1. NONE of the gowns come with any ACCESSORY(glove, veil, tiara, underskirt) 2. The gowns are available in a variety of colors, please look at the color chart and then place your order accordingly. 3. Incase you are still doubtful about the color, cut, shape or if you would like to personalize the gown , then mail us with your query, and we will personally help you make a choice according to your taste and budget 4. The Gowns are made to measure and take time for production, please be patient, as it is very important that the dresses go through the quality check that is required before they leave the vendors shore 5. We offer both standard size and custom size options for each wedding dress order. If you want to make your dress exactly to bride's own measures, don't forget to tell us the exact measurements of the bride, we will communicate on mail with you on that , once you place an order. For all customized gowns: After you place your order and complete the payment, our professional tailors will start to make your wedding dress by hand according to the measures you provided 6. If you like the dress and are convinced, then just select the color, add the gown to your cart and complete the payment process. We will call you back on the number provided ( with in 1 business day to take your personalization request) 7. Timing: Producing your wedding dress will cost us about 18-21 days. Also another 8 days is needed for shipping. So total waiting time until you receive it should be around 30 days since when your order is confirmed 8. Rush Order: If you need a rush order service, please contact us. Additional fee is charged. This way, we can save you some days of waiting time. So you just need to wait for about 20 days instead 9.
