The hardness of the pad printing silicon rubber is according to the size of the pattern which you want to print. the normal hardness of the silicone pad is 15A-25A, The general proportion between the silicon rubber and the silicone oil is 100:30100:50,After you take the correct proportion of the mixture ,mix them evenly and sufficiently ,then add curing agent which are 2%-3%of the total weight of the silicon rubber and the silicone oil, keep   stirring for 2 to 3 mins
