We do offer an exchange or refund if the dress does not fit you due to our carelessness. The item must be returned us in its original condition within 7 days. Once the dress is received, we will be willing to exchange or refund you. The shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchange, we will return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage.

Return Policy

Packaging: To prevent the beads falling off or the lace off-line from the dresses, they will be folded in a courier bag, with the lining outward. To make sure that the dress can return to the original condition or shape, you are kindly advised to iron your dresses carefully before you wear it.

Delivery: We can deliver your dress within 10 to 15 days after we get the full payment and well choose the most suitable express company to ensure a prompt and safe delivery.
