Engagement Dress

This was my mother-in-law's dress for her engagement party. She was about 16 in the 1930's. It consists of a floral print silk slip peaking from beneath the sheer white silk chiffon overdress.

This set of photos is here - just because. The photographer and make-up artist went through my closet and found this dress to be quite intriguing. Bootsy, the photographer, is the model. She is small enough to fit into the tiny, delicate dress. Such goes creative imagination...
