Karen commenced her career in marketing in 1993 in the Outdoor Advertising industry. She was the Marketing Assistant to the Marketing Director and CEO and also looked after all the Public Relations for the Media Group and ran their Promotional Division for 13 years.

Karen joined 11th Avenue Marketing & Promotions upon its formation in 2006 as the Marketing Manager, whilst at the same time running her own company Hot Ice Promotions - both companies operating out of the same offices, working hand in hand. With the purchase of the Corporate Gifting & Clothing business from Brian Bushnell on the 1st May 2009, Karen has now amalgamated both companies into one - offering you the client a comprehensive marketing service, all under one roof.
