HOW IT WORKS 
1. First Contact  Here we hash out some basic details about what it is that you are looking for, any design considerations, artwork requirements, sizing and the number of pieces you are interested in. 
2. Quote Quite simply we tell you how much and how long.
3. Deposit A deposit of 50% is required at this time. 
4. Order The order is submitted and a delivery date is given. 
5. Production The elves get busy and, depending on the season, we have a finished order in 30 and 60 days. 
6. Payment Final payment is made. 
7. Shipping We ship to you. 
 
SOME OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS 
1. We Provide  1. Sample clothing to try on. This is for accurate sizing. Shipping is split between the customer and BDop Cycling. 
2. Order forms and Templates 
3. A palette of 960 colours 
 
2. Payment Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or using Paypal. All bank fees will be borne by the customer. 
3. Artwork Artwork must be in Corel Draw 9.0 or Illustrator 9.0 formats or newer 
4. Size/Style All artwork must be for the same style item but can be used for different sizes.
