Anti static work wear

In order to ensure the product quality, it should be timely scrapped when it is detected losing anti-static performance.

It should take inspection when it has been used half of the use life or store for one year.

It should be scrapped when the antistatic overalls wear out, cut off, mildew and cut off conductive fibers, or has reached prescribed washing time .

Using life:

4.Ban wearing anti-static overalls in a strong electromagnetic environment or near a high-pressure bare lines area.

3.Ban wearing or taking off anti-static overalls in inflammable plasces.

2.Ban adding or wearing any metal objects on anti-static overalls.The necessary carry-on tools should have anti-static, edm function;

1.Antistatic overalls should be worn match anti-static shoes which according to the requirement in GB4385.

Wearing note:

It is the best to use neutral detergent cleaning antistatic overalls,don't mix washing.Hand washing or machine soft program,to avoid conductive fiber fracture.Washing water temperature should be under 40 with clean water.Note to keep the washing time as short as possible, but must be sufficient to remove rudimental neutral detergent.If cloth is flame retardant, prevent oil properties together with antistatic overalls, do not use bleach, decontaminate with organic solvents .

Maintenance:

Antistatic garment fabric can be adopted by woven fabrics,as conductive fabrics, anti-static T/C fabric or cotton fabrics,may also be knitted fabrics,as anti-static knitted gloves ,anti-static knitted underwear, etc.Anti-static fabric not only need to conform to the general technology of the  standards of textiles,but also must have good antistatic properties to adapt to the requirment of produce and saftey.Adopt stainless steel fiber and conductive fiber,anti-static polyester/cotton blended with synthetic fiber or mixed weaving fabric,can automatic corona discharge or leakage discharge and eliminate clothes and body charged.We also supply anti-static shoes, socks, hat.The performance indexes accord with GB12014-89 standards: charge density of fabric
