Line art engraves particularly well on plastic tags but there is a one-time setup charge and a small upcharge per tag due to the additional engraving time involved. Reverse engraved materials allow for multi-colored badges.

We will use upper case lettering unless you specify otherwise. Our standard plastic engraved nametags are square with all sides beveled but we also offer rounded corners if you prefer.

Metal namebadges are available in 3/4 " x 3" (gold #552 or silver #552S color), 1 9/16" x 2 5/16" (gold #or silver color) and 1 3/8" x 2 1/2" (gold color only). Because of the way metal is engraved, we recommend no more than 2 lines on the larger tag and 1 on the smaller.

Simple or complex. Engraved plastic namebadges can be made in any color stock and in any size. Plastic nametags are normally made in sizes of 1" x 3" (Our #400a),  3/4" x 3" (#400b),  or  5/8" x 2 1/2" (#400c). You can have up to three lines of text on the larger tag but on the smaller ones, we recommend no more than 2. Remember that the purpose of a nametag is identification and too much text will hamper that. Our standard font for these tags is Block Normal but other options are available. If you need four lines of text, we'll make your tag 1 1/8" x 3" at no additional charge.
