How to use: 1) Remove the back paper and place the iron-on onto the garment, press with a heat presser at about 180 for 20s-30s. For best results, press the reverse side
           2) We recommend that you place a piece of white paper between front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together
           3) Allow the garment to cool for 10s, then slowly remove plastic film.
