We are a seller of used tires we sell all over the world, we ship mostly to panama,mexco and other parts of central america we have loads available all the time, we require a 50% deposit on all orders and a 7 day grace period to double check sizes and check tires for  holes and damage, once the tires are checked we stage the load on our dock and the customer sends in the freight and the remaining balance on the order, our prices are as follow. 3mm tires are 3.00 per tire 4mm tires are 5.00 per tire and our hight tread tires are sold for 8.00 per tire these tires have 7mm -9mm tread remaining. all interested companies can email me  we have a rep who speaks spanish for all our customers from centreal america.  I look forward to doing business with you.
