    The controller can be replaced for a new one within 6 months, and be repaired for free within 1 year and also for free of cost of unit production time within 2 years if there is some problems with the quality of products.

Service commitment:

Please send the failed device to the designated maintainence point for repairing or replacing a new one.

    If the headlight loses its controll because of  some malfunction of the controller, you can choose the manual work mode by changing the switch. If it also fails to change the switch, please take down that cable connected the car circuit, then the car will be restored immediately and completely.

Emergency measures:

Owing to different lighting control circuit from different auto makers, the connection mode and the junction is also different, so youd better ask the professionals & technicals in designated installed places to install.

The specification of this device has two series, 12V and 24V. so we can choose the right one according to the working voltage of automotive electrical system.

The controller only applies to cars with minus earth of circuit.

Keep no water in the controller and the photometry.

    Please clear it with cotton ball when dust covers the  lens of  the light sensor probe because the car is always drived under heavy dust environment, otherwise dust will disturbe the normal operation of the controller. 

    The change of photometry angle caused by  set screw loose of light sense will affect the sensitivity of the controller. So you should notice carefully and adjust it.

 It has going-home function( power-off 8~12 minutes, it automatically turns off the light with time-delay).

4.Mode selection

When overtaking, it will prompt under high beam that munual high beam/low beam twinkles interchangeably for avoiding the overtaking . In the course of overtaking, the headlight will automatically enter into low beam work mode if one car comes within safe distance, suggesting the driver to stop the overtaking operation.

3.Warning if overtaking

The headlight of the two parties will automatically change the high beam to low beam nearly at the same time when they meet a distance of 200~300m at night. After that, the headlight of two parties will revert automatically to high beam( if some cars still come near from the front, it will remain low beam until the end of meeting.

2.Change the light when meeting one car

The small light,low beam and high beam of the car installed this controller will be open automatically in order according to the intensity change of exterior light when at dark or entering the tunnel, then they will be off accordingly when at dawn or out of the tunnel.
