THE COMPANY

Company Electric Limited is a 100% Export oriented unit supplying to Western Europe, North America and India. This company    is   producing   all   range   of   Halogen  bulbs    for    automotive market, both for 4 wheelers (Passenger cars and Commercial vehicles) and 2 wheelers. We have manufacturing lines established in the year 1995.

PRODUCT RANGE

The annual installed capacity is 12 Million halogen lamps. We offer these types of halogen bulbs: H1, H3, H4, H7, H8, H9, H11, 9004, 9005, 9006, HS1, R2, S2 and Special Color or Coated Lamps, Long Life Lamps and High Performance Upgrade Lamps  for automotive application.

OUR CUSTOMERS

We are a 100% Export Oriented Company selling to European market. We are selling to world renowned brand names such as Beru, Carat, Gerlux, ICCS, JC, Klaxcar, Krawehl, Top Lamp, Berner, Start etc in all European countries.

In India we are distributing our products through BOSCH, TVS and Roots Industries for the after sales market.

OUR CREDENTIALS

All our range of bulbs are certified by KRAFTFAHRT-BUNDESAMT, Federal Motor Transport Authority, Germany(E1) and RDW, The Netherlands (E4).

Our products meet international quality regulations set by IEC and ECE.

The company is certified for ISO 9002.

OUR PROCESS/PRODUCT QUALITY

In house developed krypton based halogen gas ensures greater life, higher lumen efficacy and constant colour temperature. The glasses are of reduced UV radiation type.

The Beam angle is precisely controlled by accurately positioning the mirror and filaments inside the glass envelope.

100% raw material for Halogen bulbs are imported  from major European countries and are sourced from world renowned suppliers like Plansee, Philips, GE, Schott etc.

All our lamps are  passed through 120 in process checks before dispatching to the customers. The average B3 life of H4 12 V 60/55 W bulb  is 600 hrs and minimum of 300 hrs for all other range of bulbs.
