1938 BSA EmpireStar 500cc motorcycle

This bike is of the elite few with the originalengine and frame as left the factory.The engine and frame numbers arecorrect for this year and model BSA. The bike performs  great , enginefires 2nd kick, generator charges, 9psi on the oil gauge, lights andhorn operate, clutch and transmission flawless, brakes are good. I gaveit a 30 mile ride yesterday after sitting for 3 months, not a problem.No wet sumping, I pulled the crankcase drain before I fired it to checkand maybe   3 ounces of oil ran out  you can't ask for better
