Warranty:
1.Normally we provide 1 year warranty,if the product was broken in one year due to quality issue,we will repair it for free.customer also need pay the repair cost if the product is not the quality failure,such as LCD broken,or Mainboard was in the water,etc.
2.If the product is quality broken during 7 days from purchasing,we will redund it if the appearance is OK,and there is no manual mistake during usage.
3.If the product is quality broken during 15 days from purchasing,we will replace you with a new one with good quality if there is no appearance spots or manual mistake during usage.
4.After the products is repaired or replaced,it is better for customer place a new order for send back the goods together or pay the shipping charge to send back.
Return Policy:
1.All failed product which is going to return need to be send by your local post or EMS.
2.If you ship by UPS,DHL or others,we are not able to received it correctly due to china custom regulation.
3.All the shipping cost should be paid by senders because our quotation does not include the shipping cost for after sales.
