In case of losing connection FM4100 can store up to8000 records (optionally 64000 records), and once the connection isestablished the device will send stored data via GPRS. So you wontlose your data (coordinates, sensors data and ect.).
It has option of rechargeable battery inside andspecial controller for power management. Also there is an option ofusing external backup battery. Thus it can operate for up to 48 hoursin Normal (Sending via GPRS) mode with external backup battery. FM4100can perform tasks on remote objects, such as monitoring temperature,engine status, fuel consumption, controlling trucks door etc.
