Teltonika Vehicle Tracking System: It is an extreamly rugged vehicle tracking system which can be used effectively for online real time tracking of vehicles on net. It requires GPRS services within its area of operation to send location data acquired through GPS to a remote web server which places this data on Google maps, Virtual earth or on any other provided map. In areas where GPRS coverage is not available, it stores the data for days and sends the data to the server once the device connects through GPRS. Apart from basic tracking, the highend model of the device can support four digital inputs which can give various indications like AC on/off indication, ignition on/off indication, panic button etc. and four analog inputs which can give various indications like fuel level. Voice functionality can also be activated in the highend model. The lowend model can only support two digital inputs and is without analog inputs or voice functionality. Also highend model comes with half hour internal battery which is absent in lowend model.
