The use of our automated dispatch system improves the variety and timeliness of passenger services. It is a considerable step towards better quality, already made a requisite part of taxi fleet management and operation. All the customers have to do is pick up the phone, make a request and just enjoy the advantages of an efficient and advanced AVL-based technology!

Our customer focus

ADS allows automatic entry of the caller number through Caller ID throught modern digital telephone exchange.

The dispatch operator defines the exact customer's address and enables mapping location search of the address in the ADS database. The system uses customer's phone number (if he/she already has a recorded customer profile) or his/her address as search criteria.

The customer calls the operator

The dispatch operator informs the customer of the vehicle license number and its arrival time. On the other hand, the ADS sends the address information to the vehicle through the GSM  network, where it is displayed on the MDT screen.

Upon location data entry the ADS matches the requested trip with the first available and eligible taxicab to service the order and estimates distance coverage time.

DISPATCH PROCEDURE IN A TAXI COMPANY

All the necessary information (address, customer's request, etc.) is displayed on the screen, thus ignore errors of both  drivers and dispatch operators. The driver enters data through a set of 5 keys running preprogrammed fuctions, and four keys running programmable functions.

The MDT provides the interface between the cab driver and the automated system It enables real-time vehicle location through a built-in GPS receiver. The MDT features a built-in GSM/SPRS module, which ensures the connection to the Automated Dispatch System. Drivers and dispatch operators communicate by means of a grpahic data display.
