If you use the following Trimble software you must switch the GPS output to NMEA before using the NMEA based application; Trimble GPScorrect extension for ESRI ArcPad, GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK,
TerraSync, GPS Controller (unless NMEA output is specified). This support note describes the issue and the process you must follow to switch the GPS receiver to output NMEA.
