Austin Healey 1968

Offering this awesome 1968 Austin Healey Sprite 2 set convertible. 1 of only 7049 produced in 1968. This car was originally titled in the state of Texas new; this sprite is a fun driver with a very solid and straight body. We found no visible rust on body panels; bumpers do show some signs of time. Exterior paint finish is green and has a deep gloss, a few chips we found on lower portion of hood, and smack scrapes and dents are present. The car has benefited from a paint job some years ago, and while it is a solid car, the paint is showing its age all exterior chrome trim is still in great shapeThe Interior seats are new, with carpeting in good shape no tears or discolored spots. We have the horn is currently inoperable. Door panels are new, and the convertible top is in great condition, back window is clear and with out haze present. These Austin Healeys were known for top and rear window issues. Overall condition is good, will make a great every day driver for someone, considering there are only a few of these classic left on the open road. Take advantage of this opportunity to own a real piece of automotive history. The car drives very well and with only 48, 952 miles. Being sold on a mileage exempt Texas title.
