Our procedures are as follows:

 

We will give you a list of the cars that are coming up in the next auction along with their vin numbers.  From that list we will discuss the price you are willing to pay and then we will try to buy within that range.

 

Toensure the safety of your funds, we will have the buyer put their fundsinto an escrow account with a company that is quarterly audited.  If you do not know how an escrow account works it is a third party source that is licensed to hold funds for large transactions.  The funds that are in the account cannot be touched until both parties have preformed their duties.  When the funds have been secured in escrow, we will bring the cars to port for shipping.

 

This procedure guarantees a secure transaction for both parties.  In the past we have purchased vehicles for buyers over seas that did not fulfill their portion of the agreement.  In the end we are stuck with the vehicles.  We have also seen buyers send funds directly to the seller, and not receive their vehicles.  

Theescrow account is the safest thing for both parties and if theautomobiles of the buyers choice are not picked up, then the funds arereleased to the buyer free of charge.
