Sealing of cracks:

Solid uni directional carbon fibre strips gets pre manufactured to the designed thickness and width. Woven carbon fibre fabrics are hand laminated with epoxy resin on the concrete surface. The laminates are then bonded on the laminated woven carbon fibre fabrics.

Bonding of pre-manufactured solid carbon fibre strips:

Repairs are done with all the different types of dry carbon fabrics applied on the concrete surface of the repair area. A vacuum bag is placed over the carbon fibre, and then the epoxy resin gets introduced under vacuum. This process guarantees minimal voids between the carbon fibre layers, and ensure good bonding on the concrete.

Pipe Rehabilitation

Parts get wrapped with dry carbon fabric material and are then laminated with epoxy resin. After this process, automotive 2K clear coat gets applied to a very high gloss finish. If no moulds are available, this process would be the economical option. We can wrap all kinds of shape and sizes. Broken parts can be repaired and then wrapped. Customizing

Parts are manufactured from moulds with a hand wet lay-up and with a vacuum bag method. Not all parts get vacuum bagged, it all depends on the complexity of the part. This option also guarantees light weight structural parts. The same conditions for moulds are valid, as mentioned above. click here to view gallery ?

Parts are manufactured from moulds with a resin vacuum infusion method. This option guarantees light weight structural parts. Polyester resin moulds can be used but, the quality of these moulds are normally very bad. Preferably, moulds have to be made from epoxy resin. The moulds surface determines the quality of the parts surface.
If moulds are not available, we have the capability to manufacture high quality moulds.
