SS service takes 1-2 work days; you should submit your SS service request in your ETO account.

We also can ask for the sample from the suppliers if you request, and ship the samples to you to let you compare the quality and price from the 3 suppliers (You should pay the sample cost and shipping cost).

SS service is for ETO.cn members only. We source the target suppliers in Alibaba, Global Sources etc. website, call them and tell them your request, then match the 3 suppliers to you. To guarantee the suppliers is in good standing, we have checked the suppliers' status in local government authority database. We will send a supplier sourcing report to you including the 3 suppliers' detail contact information, product information and the government database search result screenshot. The report is in English.
