As legal agent with many year experience in the logistics field, We receive to make Customs Clearance, apply Certificate of Origin; and prepare shipping document  for sending to you  as per your specific requirement with the term: EXW. And in order to avoid risk and fees to clients, we will send you draft document right when available.

SHIPPING
Representing you at local, we can make authentication of Bill of Lading the carrier issue and the ship on board date, the schedule of vessel at loading port, transit port, and destination port.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
1, Inspection is carried out when a minimum of 80% of the goods ordered are export packed.
Inspection report will be sent to you within the inspection day.
50 USD of Inspection fee; 35 USD of inspection labor per day (including travelling fee of inspector)

2, Inspection for Quantity
We will make quantity inspection when the cargo loaded into the container or pallet.
This will ensure you to avoid the risk of the discrepancy between the document and the actual cargo delivered.

If you require, we will check and authenticate enterprise legality at local, and check that enterprises financing state at the competent local bodies. This ensures the responsibility of the suppliers when the contract doesnt work as per agreement regulated.

When you approve supplier selections, Buying Agent Vietnam can assist you to review your invoices to be flexibility the goods are complete and accurate prior to your final order approval:
-  Review suitable payment conditions for the commodity you want to buy
-  Review with both buyer and supplier for the availability of counter samples; and/or product photos or drawings; compare with the difference between the counter samples and the original ones to help you save Express Courier fees for the counter samples.
-  Review the goods in the contract (product description; pricing; suitable outside packing and/or crating)
-  Review production and delivery timetable; CBM volume estimate for loading purpose;
-  Review the exporters possibility of following responsibilities and providing documents regarding the relevant delivery term.
-  Review packing options and shipping schedule to save your shipping cost and ensure the goods to reach you on time.  
 

  PRE-ORDERING
Before approval of supplier selections, Buying Agent Vietnam:
-  finds market price in Vietnam for comparison;
-  negotiates for the lowest price;
-  begins the processing of sample and, or, swatch requirements.
