No bamboo.Minimum order of 1000 tee shirts per order. The only limitation here will be the color of the tee. We would need to make at least 500 tees from each color fabric. So please plan your designs accordingly.Lead time is as follows. First of all, we need to produce the organic fabric according to our specifications. This takes about 5 weeks. Then we need another 3 to 4 weeks to convert them into tshirts. The total lead time is about 8 to 9 weeks. Fabric costs are as follows. Organic cotton fabric does not come cheap. The ballpark base price of organic tshirts made from 180 gram fabric, will be about $5 to $6. If you want cheap cotton tees, then there are non-organic tees available in whites and pastel colors for around $2.20 to $2.30 per piece.Hang Tags can be provided. Depending on the detailing and size, labels can cost anywhere between $0.05 to $0.20 each. Hang tags can cost anything between $0.12 to $0.32 per piece. Since most clients are particular about their labels and hang tags, we would prefer to see your designs before being able to offer accurate costs.We will be able to develop a sample based on your style and design. While we will be able to bear the cost of making the sample, we request you to bear the cost of shipping it to you. Please note that the pricing will depend on the preferences opted by the client.Organic cotton tee shirt fabrics are available in single jersey from 140 to 210 gram and polo pique from 150 to 220 grams. Please indicate what you want.Organic cotton tees can be made from 140 to 210 gram cotton fabric. Please indicate your preference.Whites are most economical. Light pastel shades are a bit expensive. Dark shades are most expensive. Once you decide the color of the line, we will be able to finalize pricing.One way of categorizing tshirts would be based on the neck styles. We make roundneck, vee neck and collared tees. Another way to categorize them is by the sleeves. We make short sleeved and long sleeved tshirts.
