   My name is William Baldwin and I am a freight and transportation broker. Not only can I contract with you to arrange transportation for a shipper or supplier, but I can make puts and calls in the buying and the selling of freight. As broker, I operate as; D/B/A/ William Baldwin; MC 635770. In the future, a freight forwarder with yards and with dry and refrigerated warehouses. I also have my own DOT authority D/B/A/ Techco/ East and West operating as a common and contract carrier; US DOT 1713951, MC 628670. Can I submit to you my agency agreement? I have experience with driving freight in Canada, border crossings between the United States and Canada, and crossing the canadian border with freight or empty.
