Not only do we assist you with your product flow to your customers, but we are also your North American sales team. We will give you constant updates on the companies that we have visited, talked to on the phone, or emailed. Our goal is to educate companies on what products and/or services that your company can offer them. Our company takes pride in representing our customers. If a sales lead takes us 5,000 kilometers away from our office, then we will do just that. It is important to know that we stay in constant communication with all of your customers and warehouses. We have numerous customer contacts especially in the Electrolux-Frigidaire companies. We can then report back any concerns or changes to your products or operations that may be suggested by them. This is a key step to your success in selling your products internationally. We will notify appropriate parties of any inbound our outbound shipments, conduct physical inventory counts on your product to ensure accuracy, complete all appropriate paperwork for shipments and send them to your warehouse to avoid any clerical fees, Route freight if needed to save you more money, and track and monitor those shipments for you until they arrive at there destination.
