If required, monitors the delivery of the product or service on behalf of the client.

Once a manufacturer or supplier is approved by the client, assists the client or represents the client in placing product/service order.  If required, assists the client in establishing a purchase agreement with the manufacturer or supplier.

Provides the client with product or service price quotes directly issued by Chinese manufacturers and traders.  This list of quotes is negotiated by Ginvada and forwarded to the client as a competitive bid group.
 

Searches its database in order to screen Chinese manufacturers and traders meeting the basic requirements of the client.
