FLEXPRIME WATER BORNE EXTRUSION PRIMER

FLEXPRIME is one component water borne resin compound designed for promoting adhesion of olifinic resin to various films and papers in extrusion coating and lamination. FLEXPRIME also functions as a pre-print primer for Polyester and Polypropylene films. Advantages : - exceptionally good bonds- easy to apply- excellent product resistance Dilution : FLEXPRIME can be diluted with ordinary tap water. Ethanol / Isoproponol can also be used as diluent for wetting out certain slip agents, for setting jaw release or to facilitate drying. Suggested Mixing Ratio : Flexprime - 1 partIsopropanol - 1 partWater - 4-5parts Recommended Coating Weight : 0.035 - 0.05 gms. per square meter on dry solid basis.
