band reannealing.The 50bp DNA Step Ladder consists of 8 DNA fragments ranging from
50bp to 500bp(500b\400bp\300bp\250bp\200bp\150bp\100bp\and50bp,the 250bp
fragment is 100ng, others are all 50ng) The fragments may be stained with ethidium
bromide and should be run on a 2% agarose gel for maximum visualization. It is suitable
for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
