The store period is 24 months, when out of expiration, it should not be utilized until examined and qualified.

FS-35L should be stored in shady, dry and ventilated house at temperature under 35, avoiding the sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire. The recommended piles of the barrels are no more than 3 layers.

FS-35L is usually loaded in plastic barrel of 5Gal; the net volume is 5gal. If customers ask for special package, the requirement can be offered.

In case of splashing into eyes, wash with clean water at once, turning over the lid and cleaning the whole surface.

In case of touching the skin, wash with it clean water.

During the operation of FS-35L avoid spillage and leakage.

During the operation of FS-35L , work clothes and rubber protection gloves should be employed.

FS-35L, which is basically non-toxic and non-irritating, is not harmful to human body.

Safety and protection

The reexamination experiments should be done with mixed water, which is more important in deep well cementing, which is more important in the cementing of deep wells.

The water tanks should be equipped with stirring sets so as to make the additives uniformly and fully dissolved. Continuously stir the mixed water until the end of the job to keep the water uniform.

Therefore, the non-specific experiment results can not be regarded as a basis of some cementing operation.

The cements from different factories or with different batch numbers or different store periods as well as the water in different region or with different quality will have effects on the properties of slurry.

FS-35L may result in a bad effect on other additives, and so do the other additives on FS-35L. Therefore, when FS-35L is used with an additive other than the recommended, complete stimulation experiments should be done until the certainty is determined.

Special Notes

The mixed water is generally a less mineralized fresh water.

Water

Generally, a longer thickening time requires a higher concentration of FS-35L, and vice versa.

Thickening time (pumpable time)

Generally, the concentration should be properly decreased with the temperature decreasing, and vice versa.

Temperature

Generally speaking, the concentration of FS-35L should be properly decreased with the density decreasing, and vice versa; More precisely, the concentration should be adjusted according to the ratio of water to cement, wherein a higher ratio will require a lower concentration, and vice versa.

Slurry Density

The concentration of FS-35L should be adjusted according to the density, the thickening time and the temperature.

Slurry Formulation Design

Simulate field well conditions and operation processes as possible as.

The experiment means and experiment programs should comply with corresponding national criteria and enterprising criteria , and the international advanced rules or criteria should be adopted as possible as.

Prior to each cementing operation based on the design the experiments should be done with actual cement, water ,admixtures and additives under utilization.
