This kit can also be used for demonstration of PCR amplification and detection (gel based) to the beginners. One unit of this kit contains PCR buffer, Taq DNA polymerase enzyme, MgCl2, dNTPs mix, Lamda primers, Lamda DNA(template), Ladder, Agarose (in pouches), Gel loading dye, ethidium bromide and molecular grade water.
