Molecular Reagents Teaching Kit for PCR Amplification

We have the privilege to introduce a newly developed teaching kit for PCR amplification. This product is most suitable for the Lectures/Teachers to teach the students about the basic PCR amplification procedures. This kit can also be used for demonstration of PCR amplification and detection (gel based) to the beginners. One unit of this kit contains PCR buffer, Taq DNA polymerase enzyme, MgCl2, dNTPs mix, Lamda primers, Lamda DNA(template), Ladder, Agarose (in pouches), Gel loading dye, ethidium bromide and molecular grade water.
