ICT's FLICA caspase 9 detection assays are simple yet accurate methods to measure the activity of caspase 9 in whole cells. Simply add the FLICA caspase 9 reagent to the media and incubate. Cells
containing active caspase 9 will fluoresce green or red.

10x apoptosis wash buffer
Hoechst stain (a blue DNA stain)
Propidium iodide (a red live/dead stain)
Fixative (for use after labeling with FLICA)
Quantitate caspase 9 in vitro with FAM-LEHD-FMK and SR-LEHD-FMK
