  Please let me know as much as you can about the items that you need. We have to have a mutal trust that I am looking for the best price and quality possible for you and you are expecting to pay a reasonable price for quality items.

  I will almost always ask you to make an offer or tell me what price range you are expecting to pay for the items that you need. I know that you want to pay the very least that you can. That is what I want also.  Low prices for quality items equal happy loyal repeat clients.  If you are expecting to pay $8 for  15" CRT then that saves me alot of time. I will start looking at the CRTs that I can sell for $8 and below.  If I find what you want for $5 then I am passing the savings on to you. Happy Loyal Repeat Clients.

 All you have to do is give me a detailed description of what you want and don't want with the items that you wish to purchase. Chances are that you know more about the item that you need then I do. If you want a P4 laptop with 2.4 processor and CDRW/ DVD then that is what I need to know. If you tell me that you want up to date laptops, that doesn't tell me all that I need to know and takes many more e-mails between us to figure out exactly what it is that you want.

 I know the running a company can be very stressful at times. When you send me a list of items that you need to purchase, that should be the last time that you think about those items until they reach your warehouse. Let me take all the stress away from you nand allow you to concentrate on other aspects of your business.
