What you earn
We expect you will provide one good technical person who is well versed with repairing of laptop motherboards with all expenses on your account. You will also source the ICs and other items required for us for running the service centre. Whatever material you will send to India will be on cost basis and immediate payment will be made to you for the material supplied by you.
What we require from you
4. We will buy all replacement material required for joint venture from you so that you are not involved in working capital. The entire working capital or fixed asset expenses are on our side.

Tele caller and other office staff charges 300 US $ per month plus incentive
In India the average marketing staff charges 500 US $ per month plus incentive.

Infrastructure -- In India the rent of property is 60 to 100 Rs. per Square feet. For an area of 500 Square feets it cost app 1000 US $

Revenue expected on an average on 1000 laptop of Rs. 3,000 per laptop As there is no competition, we should be able to tap minimum 33 % to 40 % market share and which will give minimum 1000 per month laptop motherboard / TFT for repair. In India, right now, no one has been able to start the full fledged chip level which can give 90 to 100 % results. The reasons are non availability of required IC, technical competence and knowledge. If we take the rate of defects as 5 % also, app. Minimum 2,500 problems will arise on chip level every month which is making these 2500 laptops as useless. The laptops which have been sold approximately one year or earlier are now not covered with warranty. Secondly, OEM such as HP every month, scrap out more than 1000 QTY TFT Screen & 500 QTY Motherboards and it comes in market for sale as on where is basis. In India, in 2005, every month approximately 25,000 laptops have been sold which has risen to more than 70,000 to 80,000 laptops per month.
