I am a Dell reseller in Canada; I have access to a large quantity of Dell Laptops.

They are all brand new in box; they include all accessories and manuals in original packaging. We also have the ability to pass on a 1 year International warranty effective 30 days after purchase. This means that if you purchase a Laptop on December 1st 2010, your warranty will start January 1st 2011, and run one full calendar year until January 1st 2012.
