H T Impex is a company dealing in computer peripherals under their brand name ZEN The Master since last 5 years. The promoters were Mr.Zainul Tinwala (C.E.O) and Mr.Irfan Reshamwala (Director). Mr. Zainul has been in business field since last 17 years. Mr.Irfan
was a founder partner of Turn ON Systems which has been in Computer SI and Services segment since 1991. They had started business in the year 2004 with a small range of Keyboards, Mouse and Cabinets with SMPS. The head office was in Mumbai at Fort Area. The main aim of the company was to provide a range of quality computer products at very competitive rates and best service to the
customer. Today ZEN The Master has a presence in most cities of Maharashtra, Ahmadabad, Baroda, Surat, Vapi in Gujarat, Delhi,
Cochin, Allapuzha, Kovalam in Kerala, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Chennai & Calcutta to follow soon by first quarter 2008.

The company has been steadily expanding their product range which now includes a range of Keyboards, Optical mouse, Ball Mouse, Speakers 2.0 till 5.1 models, Headphones, Webcams including 1.3 Mega pixels, Cabinets with SMPS, Cat5e and Cat6 Cables, LAN and Modem Cards, etc. Also the company had launched a entry level projector in February under the ZEN X Range Brand which had 1200 ANSI Lumens with TV Tuner and Speaker built in at a cost of Rs.32,000/= to customer.

Now they have launched a low cost Smart Value PC at the IT Expo 2007 held in Mumbai on 28th -30th September 2007. This was at a price of Rs. 11,999/= plus tax and installation to end customer. The PC saw a tremendous response at the Expo with over 700 sales inquiries in 3 days. The PC is ideal for home use and also for corporate, educational institutions, government and semi Government organizations and others. The company is expecting a lot of Institutional and corporate sales for this product. The configuration of the PC includes a VIA C7 1.5Ghz embedded CPU Main board, 256 MB DDR2 RAM (Currently 512MB with free upgrade for inaugural offer), 80GB HDD, Combo Drive, MM KB, Optical mouse and stereo speakers with a 15 CRT Monitor. Also launched ZEN Smart Value PC with Intel Dual Core CPU 1.6Ghz, 256 MB DDR2 RAM (Currently 512MB with free upgrade for inaugural offer), 80GB HDD, DVD Writer, MM KB, Optical mouse and stereo speakers with a 15 CRT Monitor.

The company is currently looking for dealers and distributors in unrepresented areas and also has expansion plans to North East and Calcutta in near future. The main channel focus of the company is to appoint only one distributor in every Metro city and also only one sub distributor for each of the B and C Class Cities and towns. Future expansions include add on cards and other PC
configurations.
