 Working of the Payroll Application:

 The payroll application captures the arrival and the departure time of the employees. Based on these timing details the overtime shifting hours, the below working hour timings are calculated. This calculation is performed by comparing the collected time using the device and the normal shift hours.
Costing information is both collected and automatically calculated according to the business rules. These are also passed to the payroll Including ex-gratia payment. We provide mainly six modules in HRMS payroll and its reports.

The modules includes:-

    User Management: Create users under the higher authority and assign the management task of particular company, branch or department.
    Master for details of Company, business, department, shifts and other.
    Employee data management, shift assignment, management of transfer, resignation and weekly off.
    Payroll Computation: salary generation, bonus, allowances, deductions, professional tax, loans etc.
    Manual Entries Module: In and Out timings of employees
    Contractors Management

System Reports are:

    Master Data Reports: Reports of employee branch wise, department wise etc.
    Daily Reports: Timings, early arrival, late arrival, overtime work, shift etc.
    Monthly Reports: Summary of all the weekly reports
    Payroll Reports: Salary register, wage register, pay slips, PF, leave, holidays etc.
