It is delivered with a well-organized graphical symbol library whose elements can be used for representation of the monitored systems and its components. The user can create its own graphical elements and symbols by the built-in editor.

 Varanus CMS administrator can configure the system online or offline. There is an easy way to transfer configuration files onto working system from any Varanus workstation. The configuration is automaticaly updated on all workstations to retain consistency.

Graphical environment with its components (maps, alarms, troubles, events) can be displayed on several screens at the same time. It enables simple definition of graphical object behaviour by applying dynamic actions to the objects such actions can change the representation of particular objects or trigger different functions when certain conditions are fulfilled (flashing objects, opening of new popup windows, messaging etc.).

Graphical representations of the monitored system (possibility of using vector and bitmap graphics in various formats), transparent tree-view of security devices with attached sensors and tabular and graphical representation of alarming events, thus enabling the unburdening of technical security staff responsibilities and limiting the likehood of mistakes of human error.

 Varanus CMS enables redundant usage of fully independent remote control stations. In the case of server outage the systems operation is uninterrupted due to the unique solution of redundant buffering and storage of alarm events.
