HCSExplorer is a web-based (intranet) tool to support a typical day-in-the-life of an HCS scientist. Offering a simple guided workflow, users can easily perform quality control, visualize data and images, generate reports (Z, Dose response, kinetic, heat maps) as well as annotate data. Access HCS data from anywhere, anytime and with any web browser or Operating system!
