The tri-Level hierarchy ensures the security of your data even from the Recruiters. For example each login session has a default time out period of 20 minutes, after which the user is automatically logged-out. Administrator can add client details such as their contact information, job information and requirement details and then pass on the task to a recruiter. For better management of employees the administrator can create Team Lead and assign staffs under him. The Team Lead Can further assess t he task assigned to each of the staff members under him, there by helping him achieve more targets.
