User Management
This application is facilitated by multi-user. Any user can get only that part of Application which is authenticated by the administrator of this application. This application is password
protected. Only authorized person can enter by the prescribed username and Password.
Customer Management
This section provide the Add, Edit and Delete option for the customer Information. This feature contains the management of all Transaction by the customer and payment made by the customer.
Product Management
This section provide the Add, Edit and Delete option for the Product Information. This feature contains the management of all the information related to products.
Supplier Management
This section provide the Add, Edit and Delete option for the Supplier Information. This feature contains the management of all Transaction by the Supplier and payment made to supplier.
Goldsmith Management
This section provide the Add, Edit and Delete option for the Goldsmith Information. This feature contains the management of all Transaction (issue of pure gold etc, receive the jewels and returning
of pure gold, silver, diamond etc.) by the Gold Smith and payment made to Gold Smith.
Employee Management
This section provide the Add, Edit and Delete option for the employee Information. This feature contains the management of all the information of the employees.
Rate Management
In this section, user feeds rate of metal as per market value and upgrade price of every ornament with new rate.
Sales Tracking
This section allow user to get product information by select the product code and press order to make sale. It will automatically upgrade the stock and all related information.
Billing and Invoicing
In this section, user can get the bill and invoice and it can be printed for the customers. And bill format will be designed as per the requirement of users.
Order and Deliver Management
This section contains the management of all the orders given by the customer and payment or advance amount made by the customer.
Purchase Tracking
This section allow user to maintain the purchase record, payment to supplier, balance amount etc. It will automatically upgrade the stock and all related information.
Cash and Credit Management
In this section, user can get all the information about the cash paid by the customer as well as about the credit. And user can know the cash and credit detail of the supplier also.
Tax and Discount Management
In this section, user can manage the taxes (Like VAT, CST, etc.,) and discounts given to the customers.
Cancel Order and Sales
In this section user can cancel the order if it is required.
Inventory Report
This report shows all the stock information between two selected dates, daily, daily, monthly and annually. This report can be filtered by Products, Purity etc. It can be printed out.
Old Jewels Report
This report shows all the information about the purchasing of old gold between two selected dates, daily, monthly or annually. This report can be printed out.
Total Sales Report
This report shows all the sales information between two selected dates, daily, monthly and annually. This report can be printed out.
Purchase Report
This report shows all the purchase information between two selected dates, daily, monthly and annually. This report can be printed out.
Balance Amount Report
This report shows all the Balance Amount information of the customer as well as for the supplier between two selected dates, daily, monthly and annually. This report can the printed out.
Income and Expenses Report
This report shows all the expenses and incomes information between two selected dates, daily, monthly and annually. This report can be printed out.
