Cutting Machine Controller software

The Cutting Machine Controller is designed to run on Windows? 98, ME, 2000, XP or higher; Pentium? II or faster processor; and requires 64 MB RAM, and 20 MB of free disk space.

The product automatically generates all the code that is needed to run the selected motion controller
No additional code need to be developed by the user to run the cutting machine
Can read data files written in HPGL, G-code, or Gerber format
All the cutting data can be viewed on the screen
Ability to zoom-in and zoom-out
The program automatically sends and loads the cutting data to the motion controller
Ability to set different intensities for cutting and marking
Ability to set the cutting and slewing speed
Cutting parameters can be specified in inch or mm units
Ability to display an estimate for the cutting time for one layer/table, between start and end tables, or for the whole data file

Ability to display any error messages from the motion controller
Ability to store and recall cutting parameters from a drop down list
Ability to highlight individual segments in the cut file
Ability to exclude individual segments from the cut file
Ability to identify sharp corners in the data and to smooth out the cut path
Ability to stop and resume the cutting action 
Ability to specify the tool intensity at the corner
Has a built-in module that the user can use to automatically test different combinations of cutting speed and tool intensity

This package along with a commercial 2-axis motion controller (acquired separately) is all what you need to have a sophisticated, powerful, easy to use package to control any 2-D cutting equipment. This package is ideal for rebuilding cutting machinery applications and is designed for laser, water jet, or flame-type cutting machines.

    *  A machine controller to control the motion and operation of the cutting machine. The controller allows the user to set cutting speed and acceleration, slew speed, cutting and marking intensities, corner cutting intensity, start and end tables, as well as to start and stop the actual cutting.

     *  A graphical viewer that allows the user to view the cut data on a layer by layer basis or a table by table basis with the ability to zoom/in, zoom/out,  highlight individual segments in the cut file, and remove/un-remove individual cutting segments.

    *  A CAD-TO-Motion program that reads cut files in HPGL ,G-Code, or Gerber format.
