Jewelry Enterprise Management System (JEMS)

JEMS is the premier enterprise and retail management system designed specifically for users in the jewelry industry. It is suitable for enterprise with multi-branch retail outlets and multi-location manufacturing facilities. The data is stored at the central database server and can be accessed from any retail outlets using normal web browser on the client PCs. Each retail outlet can access the latest updated information on the status of the order, inventory and any special request on the precious stone from the customers.

It enhances the speed and accuracy of the inventory check-out and check-in process at the retail outlet by deploying RFID technology. All the items in the inventory will be read by the RFID reader in batches and verified with the previous data store in the database. Any mismatch will be compared with the actual picture of the item. The main benefit is the productivity gain from the speed and accuracy of the process.
