Software consists of two parts:
- FTP Loader and Scheduler, it uses internal scheduler to connect to MLS? ftp server and download MLS updates. Scheduler allow user to specify time frames when updates can be downloaded from the MLS provider and avoid financial liability ( penalties ) for connecting outside of the designated hours.
- Data Loader, designed to pars IDX feed and load it into normalized database tables. Once IDX flat files are loaded on the local server, Data Loader parses flat files and loads them into MS SQL server tables. From that point user can distribute data to the company proprietary data structure.
- Logging and Error tracking. Our system has extensive logging capabilities for monitoring and troubleshooting.
FTP Loader/Scheduler, and Data Loader are Microsoft Windows? services. They are designed to work on Microsoftr Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 platforms.
As an additional service to the customer, we can customize Data Loader to import data into the customers proprietary data structure.
