Photoshop software : DiVisuAL custom+

Plus: DiVisuAL? custom and custom+ containing an expanded collection of actions which allow the user to create new layer and layer set (think of it as a folder in which you can group layers). Additional buttons are making it possible to use the same patterns and brush tips on these layers. The new layers can be named by choice and giving thus the possibility to keep entries that differ in time (e.g.. shipping out - returning of artworks) apart to create a history of the condition which can be followed up at any time (3).

DiVisuAL? custom+ provides you, beside of the "Start" action, with a series of buttons for each damage type. All you need to do is do select the damaged area and click the according button. DiVisuAL? custom+ will take care that the correct layer will be selected and your selected area will become marked with the right pattern and stroke (contour line) and in the correct colour according to the legend .
Of course there are often damages too small to register them as an area. Therefore DiVisuAL? custom+ is providing you with a set of specially designed brush tips to mark individual small damages (revere to the legend to see the design of the brush tips). Again those tool tips are predefined to their appropriate layer and colour according the symbols shown in the legend.

- Logo and address of the customer will be placed on the print layout.

- The file will be saved with a new name.

DiVisuAL? custom+ is a suite of Photoshop Actions that are designed for easy creation of visual condition reports (condition map). By clicking the start button of DiVisuAL? core, several processes will be performed such as:
- Creating a A4 sized page in either portrait or landscape orientation.
- Placing the base image (the photo you need to register the condition) so there is space around for placing the legend.
- A gray scale copy of the base image is accurately placed on a separate layer since it is sometimes difficult to see the registered damages on a very colourful base image when printing it out. Having the base image shown in grayscale but the registered damages in colour makes it very easy to read a condition map.
- The legend get's inserted, containing 16 group of damage types .
- A series of layers are created automatically to keep different damage types separated from each other. This way copies of condition maps can be printed out that are only showing selected damage types .

- While the action is running, there will be a stop so the user can place object specific data (Artist, Title, etc.) from a database (via buffer).
