The last stage of the project involves QA cycles run by us and you simultaneously. Defects, new features, tweaks, etc. are identified and addressed during the same cycle. A final release is then made which is subjected to an acceptance by the project stake holders.

We build the software and try to keep showing it to you during the course of the development. The development of a project phase is broken down into demonstrable software releases, each release with a limited functionality and adding on to the previous releases. This helps you play with your software as we continue to work on it.

The User Interface (usually) being the most essential part of the software, gets the highest degree of our attention, especially at this early stage. We believe in executing many prototyping and review cycles. These cycles involve design and construction of a set of mock screens which are then reviewed by the project stakeholders. Mock screens help you visualize the end product quite accurately. On the other side, it helps us understand your requirements in detail. The same mock screens are used by the engineers to build the actual screens.

Based on the initial understanding established in the previous step and the historical data, we will come up with the estimated size of the required software. The size is then translated to an effort estimate which helps us price the project. This is a critical stage in the project and we realize that continuing to the next stages will solely depend on the decisions made here. Therefore, we can advise you a phased or time-boxed planning/pricing to break the project down into logical, yet functional, pieces.
